Vanilla and Orange Mascarpone Cheesecake
A very easy cheesecake recipe. Try adding lime or lemon to the mixture instead of orange. Top with any fruit of your choice or eat it as it is. Delicious with our roasted rhubarb and orange compote.

A very creamy rice pudding that is made on the stove so will not form a skin. If you prefer a traditional rice pudding then try our healthier version.

Vietnamese Pork Meatballs
Fragrant and delicately spicy, these meatballs are quick to make in a food processor and can be steamed or fried. Serve the steamed meatballs in an Asian style vegetable broth and the fried meatballs with a dipping sauce. Makes 45 meatballs. 1 tablespoon of Thai fish sauce in the meatball mix and/or the broth will add a further depth to the flavour.

Vinaigrette Dressing
This is a classic vinaigrette dressing. Add 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard for a mustard dressing. A couple of peeled cloves of garlic can be added to the finished vinaigrette for a little 'ooh la la'. Or try using a nut oil such as walnut or hazelnut in place of the rapeseed oil.
